今年 11 月,Sirru Fen Fushi 将变身为鸡尾酒艺术的舞台,"酒吧背后 "将迎来来自亚洲 50 佳酒吧的三位传奇人物,为您带来为期两晚的难忘体验。从新加坡到东京再到台北,每个夜晚都将在马尔代夫礁湖波光粼粼的背景下,庆祝创新、传统和世界级调酒艺术的魅力。

作为新加坡鸡尾酒文化的真正先驱,Colin Chia 是The Nutmeg & Clove(肉豆蔻丁香酒吧)背后的创意力量,该酒吧被评为亚洲 50 家最佳酒吧之一。他的鸡尾酒以融合传统与创新而著称,通过风味、香料和植物来讲述新加坡的多元历史。这些鸡尾酒既美味又发人深省。

 

东京High Five 酒吧的 Hidetsugu Ueno 被公认为世界上最有影响力的调酒师之一,是一位精通日式精准和低调优雅的大师。上野先生以其钻石切割的冰块和仪式化的鸡尾酒调制方法而闻名,他将简约提升为一种艺术形式。每款作品都体现了他对平衡、和谐和工艺的执着追求,让客人在马尔代夫的中心地带领略东京备受推崇的鸡尾酒风情。
