Personal information that you have provided and that we request from all guests when making a reservation and/or staying with us are such as name, address, passport number, date of birth, nationality, stay dates, e-mail address, telephone number. This information will be collected, processed and stored within our property management system and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We collect contact information to communicate news and offers from the resort which may be of interest to you. We may use such information as well to enhance what we provide on property in response to you and other guest feedback.

In the event of a sale of the property, any data shared with the current owning company (GBH Maldives Pvt Ltd) for future or past stays will be automatically transferred to the new owner who will abide by the terms and conditions set herein without any additional consent being necessary.

During your stay, we record your itemized spending to accurately assemble your folio, which sets out your room rate and other expenses billed to your room. We also record this information to comply with financial reporting requirements, including those imposed by our auditors and government regulators. Information to your stay may also be stored (i.e. health issues, payment difficulties).

We may also collect certain information as required by local laws (e.g. passport number).
