Terms and Conditions for Participation in the “Millionaire for a Month” Giveaway

1. Eligibility

This competition is open to influencers and content creators who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Participants must have an active Instagram account with a public profile to be eligible. Multiple entries are permitted, provided that each entry follows the competition guidelines.

2. How to Enter
To enter the competition, participants must post their best content from the Maldives or their favourite travel memories on their Instagram feed, using the official competition hashtag #SirruMillionaire . They must also follow the official Instagram account of Sirru Fen Fushi (@sirrufenfushi.maldives), tag a travel buddy, and share the Sirru Fen Fushi competition post in their Instagram Stories. Entries will be accepted during the 14-day active participation window from 12th November 2024 – 26th November 2024 (both days inclusive) , starting from the launch of the competition. All entries will be judged based on creativity and the quality of the content.

3. Prize
One lucky winner account will be selected to experience the “Millionaire for a Month” lifestyle at Sirru Fen Fushi and travel to Sirru Fen Fushi with a +1 travel companion to the island for 30 nights. The Millionaire for a Month prize includes:

• Roundtrip seaplane transfers for two guests between Malé International Airport (MLE) and Sirru Fen Fushi – Private Lagoon Resorts. International flights to Maldives are not included.

• Full-board accommodation for two, including soft drinks and three daily meals at Raha Market Restaurant.

• A curated weekly itinerary of complimentary experiences, such as snorkelling, aerial yoga, a destination BBQ, and floating breakfast.

• A stay in a variety of villa types, rotating weekly between the Beach Villa Sunset, Safari Beach Villa, Water Villa Sunrise, and Grand Water Villa Sunset.

4. Content Creation Requirements
The winner must agree to create and share content throughout their stay. The requirements include:

• A minimum of three Instagram Stories posted daily on defined social media channels with tag @sirrufenfushi.maldives

• Three permanent posts per week on Instagram or other agreed-upon channels.

• The production of five Reels videos per week type, featuring various sequences cut into 10-15 second reels.

• A total of 50 high-resolution images provided weekly, showcasing the villas, island, and experiences. These images must be final edits and submitted with full usage rights with non-exclusive, worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable usage, with the right to display, upload, distribute, store, modify, create derivative works of, through digital or print publication including third party usage.

5. Content Guidelines
The winner will receive a content brief with an image style guide to ensure consistency with the resort’s branding. The content must present Sirru Fen Fushi as a premier luxury resort, focusing on its services, facilities, and experiences. No third-party brands (e.g., fashion or makeup brands) may be featured in the content without prior approval from the resort. All content must be submitted to the resort on a weekly basis during the stay, with any additional content delivered no later than two weeks after the stay concludes.

6. Additional Conditions

• The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other alternative.

• The resort will not provide health insurance or travel insurance. The winner is to arrange for their coverage at their own expense.

• Sirru Fen Fushi – Private Lagoon Resort reserves the right to select the winner based on the quality, creativity, and engagement of the submitted entries. The winner will be initially contacted via direct message from the Instagram account @sirrufenfushi.maldives only and be put in touch with the resort’s marketing team.

• Blackout dates for the stay in 2025 apply as follows: 1st January to 03rd February 2025, 14th April to 05th May 2025 and 20th – 31st December 2025.

• The stay will be coordinated with the resort’s marketing team accordingly and will be communicated to the winner directly via email. 

• The resort will cover the seaplane transfers, accommodation, and full-board meals. Any additional expenses, such as alcoholic beverages, special requests, or extra services, will be the responsibility of the winner.

By entering this competition, participants agree to these terms and conditions and the use of their content by Sirru Fen Fushi for marketing re-share and coverage purposes.
